Assistant Director

About the role

The Assistant Director position at CBEM is responsible for managing a team, meeting key performance indicators, engaging stakeholders, and providing support to individuals in crisis. They also implement strategies and interventions developed by CBEM's Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS) and participate in interdisciplinary planning meetings.

• Implementing strategies and interventions using the Behavior Skills Training model
• Consulting with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist
• Participating in clinical trainings
• Participating and/or facilitating Interdisciplinary planning meetings

Requirements

Must hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.

Must have a California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in a leadership position.

Pay

$85,805.34 + opportunities for quarterly bonuses
