Clearly deliver the Director’s instructions to the team. Monitor timing and help the Director keep the show on pace. Ensure safe and efficient wrap-up after each segment or shoot.

  • Product & Prop Management: Work with styling and merchandising to set up products for each segment. Track product placement and continuity across shoots. Notify the Producer of any missing or damaged products before airtime.
  • On-Location Logistics: Help scout locations for lighting, power, and background needs. Coordinate transportation and equipment load-ins for remote shoots. Serve as the point-of-contact onsite with property managers and vendors.
  • Post-Shoot Wrap & Communication: Share wrap reports, updated rundowns, and notes with the production team. Keep organized files of every project, including contact lists and schedules.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce on-set safety guidelines and emergency procedures. Make sure all permits and forms are in order before every shoot. Track crew hours and alert the Producer to any potential overtime concerns.
