Assistant Director, Application Development and Integration
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like mission statement? The mission statement is generic but maybe part of "About the role"? The posting includes a mission statement at top: "The mission of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is the development of professional health care practitioners through innovation, individualized, and quality classroom, clinical, and distance education." That's about the organization, not role. Could be considered "About the role"? Probably not; but we could include a short paragraph about the organization under "About the role"? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- General Summary: description of role. Could be "About the role". That seems appropriate.
- Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. That's "Responsibilities".
- Other Duties And Responsibilities: also duties; could be merged into Responsibilities.
- POSITION IN ORGANIZATION: reports to, positions supervised. Could be part of "About the role" or maybe "Requirements"? Probably "About the role".
- Technical, Managerial & People Skills Required: that's "Skills" or "Qualifications". Could be "Skills".
- EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE: that's "Qualifications" (education/experience).
- TRAVEL: maybe part of "About the role" or "Schedule"? Travel is not schedule but could be under "About the role". Not a separate section.
- BUSINESS COMPETENCIES: could be "Skills" or "Qualifications"? Might be considered "Skills". Could be separate but we prefer few substantive sections.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT: could be "About the role" or maybe "Schedule"? Not schedule. Could be omitted if not requested. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe education/experience), Qualifications (maybe overlapping), Skills (technical/managerial). We need to avoid duplication.
