Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on dining room management of all front‑of‑house serving staff.
• Provide hiring, training, leadership, counseling, and oversight of all serving staff.
• Participate directly in daily operations: managing, serving, cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining Services.
• Responsible for overall front‑of‑house operations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Work as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

Previous server and staff management experience in a restaurant‑like setting.
