Assistant Dining Room Manager

About the role

Rogue Valley Manor is seeking an experienced Assistant Dining Room Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles to help lead our front-of-house team in our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, and/or catering program. We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality Medford has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team in a luxury, resort-like community setting
• Provide exceptional hospitality to residents through fine-dining, casual bistro, and catering services
• Build relationships and foster a morale-driven work environment
• Help others develop their potential through strong, effective leadership

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles
• Valid Food Handlers card (required)
• ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate (a plus)
