Responsibilities
- Undertake market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
- Manage relationships with clients including banks, developers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Participate in the entitlement process for land assets.
- Collaborate with the team to implement adaptive reuse strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
