Description

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. Their role involves providing leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning for each shift

• Monitoring performance during the shift

• Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards

• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability

• Communicating with the next Manager to help prepare them for their shift

• Maintaining targets during their shifts

• Helping assigned Departments meet their goals
