About the role
This position trains and develops Product Sales Specialists and ensures customers receive excellent customer service and product information.
Responsibilities
- Act and work in a manner consistent with company's core values
- Demonstrate safe lifting practices and company retail philosophy
- Provide direction and complete certification courses for Product Sales Specialists
- Ensure accurate customer service and product information
- Communicate and validate merchandise placement and pricing
- Communicate inventory needs to management
- Process customer transactions and refunds
- Present 'how-to' classes to customers
- Follow cash, check, and credit card acceptance procedures
- Stock and tag merchandise displays
- Greet and assist customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding and compliance with company safety and operating procedures
- Proficiency in industrial truck (forklift) operation and certification
- Knowledge of merchandise and installation
- Effective communication and teaching abilities

Store hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
