About the role

This position trains and develops Product Sales Specialists and ensures customers receive excellent customer service and product information.

Responsibilities

  • Act and work in a manner consistent with company's core values
  • Demonstrate safe lifting practices and understand company's retail philosophy
  • Provide direction and complete certification courses for Product Sales Specialists
  • Ensure accurate customer service and merchandise presentation
  • Communicate and validate inventory needs to management
  • Process customer transactions and maintain merchandise displays
  • Greet and assist customers, provide product information, and resolve issues
  • Follow cash, check, and credit card acceptance procedures
  • Stock and tag merchandise displays as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding and compliance with company's safe lifting practices and operating procedures
  • Proficiency in driving and teaching company's retail philosophy
  • Completion of industrial truck (forklift) proficiency testing and certification
  • Knowledge of merchandise and installation processes
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

Compensation details are subject to change and may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Store hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
