About the role

Elmington Construction, a thriving builder established in 2017, is experiencing impressive year-over-year growth of 30% to 40%. This position will support the Director of Data Analytics in maintaining existing reporting structures, SharePoint sites, implementing a data lake, and developing new AI tools and software integrations—all aligned with Elmington’s core values: Integrity, Precision, Growth, Driven, and Relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining SharePoint libraries and lists.
  • Partner to develop AI tools across the company.
  • Organize, clean, and store data in appropriate storage locations.
  • Manage queries and identify errors or areas for improvement.
  • Provide reports, data sets, or outputs from existing sources upon request.
  • Research business or industry data to define trends and develop resource criteria.
  • Assist in building and maintaining project-level and operational reporting from various systems and data warehouses.
  • Conduct basic analyses using tools like MS Power BI and MS Excel.

The above duties are principal responsibilities; additional incidental or similar tasks may be required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence Analytics, or equivalent certifications.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in analytics, data modeling, or Microsoft solutions.
  • Experience with AI tools and Microsoft integrations.
  • Exposure to SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of trend analysis and data modeling in multiple MS tools.
  • Proficiency in using statistical tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Commercial/Multi-Family Construction experience is a plus, but exposure to multiple industries is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines with high autonomy.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Desire to develop analysis and reporting capabilities.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based with potential for one flexible work-from-home day.
  • Occasional local site visits may be required.
