About the Role
Century High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Dance Coach to help support and develop a positive, student-centered dance program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the head coach to foster a culture of teamwork, commitment, sportsmanship, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the head coach in developing and implementing a student-centered dance program.
- Motivate and build positive relationships with student-athletes.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Previous dance, coaching, or performance experience is preferred.
- Passion for working with student-athletes.
Pay
Salary is determined by boosters. Coaches who hold a North Dakota teaching license will have wages reportable to the North Dakota Teacher's Fund for Retirement (TFFR). The employee (coach) will contribute 11.75% of their salary, and the District will contribute 12.75%.
