Assistant Dairy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to grow and learn to be our backup dairy manager. Dairy experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the dairy operations
• Support the main dairy manager during their absence
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old
• Out of high school
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Hours range from 6am to 4:30pm and weekend availability is mandatory.
