About the role
Meadow Brook Hall seeks a Security Coordinator to join their team. This position will ensure the safety and security of the facility and its visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of the building and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents as required, including but not limited to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and theft.
- Manage visitor access control systems and ensure proper identification checks are conducted.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CCTV systems and alarm monitoring.
Skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
- $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
