- One year of professional experience in a fast-paced creative or production environment
- Friendly, professional, enthusiastic personality with a client service understanding and appreciation, and a passion for problem-solving
- Scheduling, tracking, and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills, including articulating creative concepts and rationale, and working fluidly with creative professionals
- Hard-working, “can-do” attitude
- Maintains a sharp focus on multiple projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to details
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Effectively interacts with employees at all levels
- Quickly learns new processes and technology
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite
- Desire to be part of an organization that values teamwork and taking care of each other

This role is hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office.
Pay
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00 - $22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
