The Role And What You’ll Do WME Nashville seeks passionate, highly organized, and proactive candidates for a Country Music Tour Marketing Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Agent for the management of their office and across a variety of client-oriented business. Assist with all administrative needs, including scheduling and calendar management, email correspondence, phone calls, expense reports, and travel arrangementsCoordinate marketing timelines, promotional assets, and deliverables while tracking tour announcements, ticket pre-sales, public on-sales, and key deadlinesCoordinate with artist management, promoters, venues, and internal teams to support tour marketing initiativesGather, organize, and distribute marketing assets, including artwork and social media promotional materialCreate and maintain trackers to monitor marketing deliverables, timelines, and deadlinesReview creative and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and timely distributionContribute with innovative marketing ideas that could convert into ticket salesAdapt to fast-paced needs, short deadlines and ever evolving timelinesCollaborate with marketing executive during meetings, brainstorms and presentationsStay informed about latest marketing trends and industry news that are key to the music department’s success You Have These One year minimum of marketing-related work or internship experiencePassion for, and understanding of, the music business (preferably Country Music Industry)Attention to detail and ability to handle complex instructions with care and follow-throughResourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeFriendly and open demeanor with ability to always maintain confidentialityStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environmentAbility to prioritize the workload and use time efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of accountabilityExperience using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTubeExperience using Excel, Adobe InDesign, and/or PhotoshopBased in Nashville, TN How We Work WME Group is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
