Kindness, inclusivity, and putting people first—always. Your Role As an Assistant Cook you will support the First Cook in the preparation and delivery of meals. This role involves assisting with cooking, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment. The Second Cook may also take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the First Cook.
