What you’ll do
- Assist with weekly borrowing base certificates and related lender reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reporting packages
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Participate in daily banking activity, including borrower fundings and bank advances
- Absorb and work within loan reporting systems (ABLSoft)
- Support general loan administration and financial reporting functions
- CPA preferred (or 3–5+ years public accounting experience strongly preferred)
- Strong financial reporting and full-cycle accounting background
- Exposure to banking, lending, credit, or financial services a plus
- Strong Excel skills required
- QuickBooks exposure a plus (not required)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Direct exposure to specialty lending, borrowing base, and credit operations
- High-visibility role with access to senior leadership across two offices
