Responsibilities

  • Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and account analyses
  • Assist with general ledger management and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
  • Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams
  • Support audit preparation and compliance activities
  • Help scale accounting infrastructure as the company continues to grow

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
  • Strong analytical skills with a process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing finance team

Skills

  • Consumer products, retail, ecommerce, or inventory-based accounting experience preferred
  • Big 4 / public accounting experience a plus
  • Experience supporting multi-channel businesses (DTC, retail, wholesale) is highly valued

Pay

$125,000 - $150,000 per year
