Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all manufacturing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes.
• Support the development and training of new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in plastics manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with plastics manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Pay
