About The Job Assistant Controller We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Controller to assist our growing Accounting team and support the Company's growth. This position will begin as a temporary assignment with the opportunity to transition to a regular, full-time position based on performance, business needs, and successful completion of the temporary assignment period. Key Responsibilities Own the close process during the bridge periodReview journal entries prepared by senior accountantServe as primary Accounting contact for entity carve-out projectYear-end audit planning and ownership of PBC request listMaintain reconciliation discipline and ensure completionPrepare quarterly & annual bank reports & financial statementsOwn WIP schedule review & tie-outTransition responsibilities to the permanent Assistant Controller over a 30–60-day handoff period Required Qualifications Hands-on, Controller-level accounting leadership experienceAble to run the close independently from day one with minimal ramp time Strongly Preferred Qualifications Construction or WIP accounting experienceSpectrum ERP Experience
