Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of accounting experience; prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills with experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
What you'll do
- Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules while ensuring timely and accurate month-end close processes
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to management to support budget and operational goals
- Lead and develop accounting staff through training, coaching, performance management, and ongoing support
- Partner with leadership to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, support audits, assist with budgeting, and drive automation initiatives

Pay
The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
