Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading teams and providing mentorship
- Knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Skills
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Excel proficiency, including advanced functions and VBA
- Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
