About the role

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team. The Assistant Controller will play a key role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations while supporting the Controller with financial reporting, job costing, WIP, cash management, month-end close, entity consolidations, and internal controls. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with construction industry experience who understands the unique financial requirements of project-based businesses and multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Support financial reporting, job costing, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking
• Assist with cash management and month-end close processes
• Handle entity consolidations and maintain internal controls

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry
• Understanding of project-based business and multi-entity financial requirements

Pay

$140,000 - $170,000 per year
