Key Responsibilities For The Assistant Controller Oversee month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPI reporting, budgets, and forecasts.Manage WIP reporting, project forecasting, and percentage-of-completion accounting.Supervise AR, AP, job costing/contracts, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.Support annual audits, quarterly reviews, tax schedules, and compliance requirements.Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
