About the role
The Assistant Controller position is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Provide guidance on financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with financial software and tools.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
