Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record revenue transactions.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage daily cash activity and related accounting functions.
• Prepare month-end close schedules and supporting documentation for Controller review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced experience with variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• CPA background or prior Controller-level experience is highly preferred.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (flexible)

Location: Fully Remote - able to work EST hours
