Responsibilities
- Managing the monthly close process and maintaining all support and workpapers
- Working with Sales Operations to ensure appropriate GAAP accounting for deals
- Technical accounting research
- Managing sales taxes through our Avalara system
- Assisting the Controller on payroll and commission inputs and calculations
- Weekly cash management and monthly cash balance reconciliation
- Oversight of customer invoicing and collections processes
- Assistance with income tax remittances and accounting
- Monthly variance reviews in connection with the month-end close
- Annual audit coordination assistance and documentation gathering
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required
- 4+ years of experience in accounting
- Public Accounting experience is preferred
- CPA designation is a plus
