Responsibilities

  • Supervise subcontractor work and confirm quality standards are met
  • MATCH invoices to properties to support accurate job cost tracking
  • Conduct routine site inspections for trash/housekeeping, OSHA concerns, and erosion control compliance
  • Lead weekly safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices
  • Cover schedules and sequence with subcontractors to support project timelines
  • Punch-out of finished units and help drive completion
  • Install items such as mailboxes, bike racks, signage, and similar components when not contracted out
  • Aid the Superintendent with day-to-day site needs and priorities
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of relevant construction experience required
  • Strong language, math, and reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
  • Ability to read a tape measure and use a level
