Assistant Community Manager - Winchester Garden

About the Company

TRG Management is a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, including subsidized, workforce and affordable, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family. We currently manage approximately 20,000 units across several states, with a portfolio of over 100 properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide prompt and accurate general status reports on assigned properties.
• Prepare annual recertifications.
• Interview prospective residents, show apartments and property, determine needs and qualifications, and explain occupancy terms.
• Complete leasing process agreements.
• Prepare vacancy reports and inspect the condition of the premises periodically.
• Coordinate marketing and/or property promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer service-oriented personality.
