About the role

The Assistant Community Manager at Vista Linda is responsible for maintaining a positive living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the community grounds.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address urgent issues.
  • Organize social events and activities for residents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community management or similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance practices.
