About the role
The Assistant Community Manager at Vista Linda is responsible for maintaining a positive living environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the community grounds.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address urgent issues.
- Organize social events and activities for residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in community management or similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance practices.
