Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Organize social events and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- First aid certification
- Valid driver’s license
