About the role

Responsible for managing community amenities and assisting residents with daily needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate maintenance requests
  • Organize social events and activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • First aid certification
  • Valid driver’s license
