Community Manager - Fallyn
Job Requirements
- Completes the daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community.
- Operates the property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and completes transactions.
- Reviews resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed.
- Reviews and submits invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Follows the Company’s established procedures related to evictions.
- Processes resident move-outs.
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention.
- Acts as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the community manager.
- Affords support to leasing and marketing efforts.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
- Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
- Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
- Strong proficiency in using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.).
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
- Ability to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Routine local travel may be required.
- Rare or occasional travel may be required.
PAY AND BENEFITS
- The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00.
