About the role
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and ensuring the smooth operation of multifamily properties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Manage resident move-in and move-out processes
- Conduct routine inspections and report findings to property management
- Participate in community events and social activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Experience in multifamily management or similar industry
- Knowledge of apartment living and community management best practices
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
$20-$25 per hour based on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
