Assistant Community Manager
About the role
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for enhancing the online community engagement and fostering a positive user experience. This role involves managing discussions, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate online forums and social media platforms to ensure a welcoming environment for users.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features based on user feedback.
- Conduct regular surveys and gather user feedback to inform product development and community management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or community management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools and customer relationship management systems.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
