Responsibilities
- Oversight of rent collection processes
- Management of lease violations
- Serving as a professional representative of the property and GoldOller
- Enforcing leases, Fair Housing, safety standards, and local regulations
- Maintaining an organized, guest-ready leasing office
- Supporting occupancy, retention, and rental rate goals
- Assisting with interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance feedback
- Supporting marketing and outreach initiatives
- Ensuring exceptional move-in experiences and consistent follow-up with prospects
- Addressing resident concerns professionally and promptly
- Supporting move-ins, move-outs, renewal outreach, and retention goals
- Assisting with conflict resolution, grievance avoidance, and court-related documentation
- Supporting maintenance and grounds
- Supporting resident relations
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to follow all company health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Knowledge of property management operations and Fair Housing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; RealPage/OneSite experience preferred
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
