Assistant Community Manager

About the role

Fath Properties, recently named Top Workplaces, is seeking candidates for an Assistant Community Manager position at Trails of Saddlebrook Apartments.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to qualified prospects; sell features and benefits of the community and close to qualified candidates.
• Assists Community Manager with rent collection, breakdown sheets, and timely bank deposits.
• Responsible for daily traffic logs, traffic reports, and monthly market surveys.
• Processes rental applications and related rental paperwork.
• Captures move-in of new residents and conducts resident orientation.
• Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests.
• Follows up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous management experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi software a plus!

Qualifications

• Prior leasing experience required.
• Candidates may work on Saturdays.
