Description
We are a company that owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Duties
- Aid in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
- Rent collection and posting.
- Actively work on collecting delinquent rent.
- Process invoices.
- Complete Move Out Inspections.
- Aid in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.
- Entering work orders.
- Updating Make Readies in Yardi.
Qualifications
- Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Candidate must have a full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
- An excellent commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to details needed.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of Tax Credit, HUD, and Property Management experience preferred.
