Assistant Community Manager

About the role

Pine Street Flats, a luxury apartment community in the heart of The Gulch, Nashville, TN, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join their award-winning team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations alongside the Community Manager
• Aid in leasing, resident retention, and marketing initiatives
• Manage resident accounts, collections, and delinquency
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects
• Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals
• Support hiring, training, and development of onsite team members
• Maintain compliance with company policies and property standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Previous Assistant Community Manager or strong Leasing Professional experience preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with delinquency, collections, and resident accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience is a plus)
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences
