Job Description
The Village of Five Parks / The Depot Resident Services Specialist / Assistant Community Association Manager
Location: 13810 W 85th Dr, Arvada, CO. 80005
Responsibilities
- Ensure depot and surrounding areas are in good condition and appearance.
- Report maintenance, janitorial, landscape, repair issues to CAM and track actions.
- Maintain janitorial services and address deficiencies.
- Manage depot furniture, entrances, recycling, trash, lighting, kitchen, fitness room, locker rooms, restrooms, and dispensers.
- Monitor and report issues to Manager.
- Ensure proper operation of patio exterior lights.
- Verify and report pool trash, amphitheater pet scoops, and locker room cleanliness.
- Document and report maintenance issues.
- Help with resident questions and concerns.
- Handle TownSq requests, DRC submissions, and events.
- Coordinate check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and cleaning services.
- Manage depot rental calendars, supplies, and contact information.
- Oversee backflow testing and coordinate with other associations.
- Update and maintain Master website.
- Handle additional charges and invoices.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Manage office supplies and fobs.
- Oversee square reports and transactions.
- Submit expense reports.
- Review and respond to camera footage.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of communities, property, real estate, and homeowner’s associations.
- Knowledge of association board roles and community management.
- Business correspondence skills.
- Conflict resolution techniques.
- Customer service skills.
- Organizational and communication abilities.
- Confidentiality and teamwork skills.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree preferred.
- One year of customer service experience.
- One year of community association management or relevant experience.
- Experience with high call volumes.

Compensation
$23.00 - $27.88/hour; direct experience highly considered.
Schedule
Tuesday-Saturday 9am to 6pm, and some evening hours for events.
