About the role
Responsible for managing and enhancing the community environment at Aspen Pointe, including resident engagement, property maintenance, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Engage with residents through regular meetings and events
- Maintain and improve the physical appearance of the community
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and address resident concerns
- Implement and promote community programs and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in community management or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of community management software preferred
