About the role

Responsible for managing and enhancing the community environment at Aspen Pointe, including resident engagement, property maintenance, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with residents through regular meetings and events
  • Maintain and improve the physical appearance of the community
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and address resident concerns
  • Implement and promote community programs and activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in community management or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of community management software preferred
