Responsibilities
- Comprehensively support the Community Director in all management and communication efforts with residents, management and ownership.
- Ensure timely interim and annual recertification of all residents.
- Affiliate with Community Director in building and maintaining accurate and complete resident files according to HUD guidelines.
- Affiliate with Community Director in preparing for MOR’s and REAC inspections.
- Afford credit, criminal and other background checks to ensure that the community’s screening criteria is not compromised and the best possible tenants are found.
- Timely preparation of all applicant/resident documentation, including but not limited to those required by HUD and management.
- Effective and timely communication with residents and applicants on all issues pertinent to their tenancy.
- Afford enforcement of lease terms and rules and regulations.
- Afford various administrative duties crucial to the operation of the property as efficiently as possible.
