About the role
The Assistant Community Director is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Support community events and activities
- Manage resident move-ins and move-outs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management or similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with property management software
- Knowledge of local regulations and ordinances
