About the role

The Assistant Community Director is responsible for supporting the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents
  • Handle resident inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Support community events and activities
  • Manage resident move-ins and move-outs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management or similar field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with property management software
  • Knowledge of local regulations and ordinances
