Assistant Community Construction Manager

About the role

K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. You will make sure everything is done right. We'll give you the autonomy, technology and support to organize, budget and monitor the final phases of building your customer's new home.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor activities
• Maintain cost control
• Walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded

Requirements

• One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Valid driver’s license

• Hourly rate between $36.30 - $38.79 plus bonus potential
