Assistant Community Construction Manager

This position offers autonomy, advanced technology, and support to organize, budget, and monitor construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor activities on-site.
• Monitor all costs and implement cost controls.
• Conduct walkthroughs of homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license for travel to job sites (20% travel required).

Requirements

• One to two years of construction field experience, with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
