We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Opening eligibility: "This vacancy is only open to 1) current permanent City employees serving in the Administrative Staff Analyst civil service title or 2) on leave from the title or 3) permanent City employees in or on leave from a comparable title (e.g., Administrative Community Relations Specialist or Administrative Manager), or 4) candidates who are reachable on the Administrative Staff Analyst list or a comparable civil service list." - Description of NYC Parks: "NYC Parks is the steward of more than 30,000 acres of land – 14 percent of New York City – including more than 5,000 individual properties ranging from Coney Island Beach and Central Park to community gardens and Greenstreets. We operate more than 800 athletic fields and nearly 1,000 playgrounds, 1,800 basketball courts, 550 tennis courts, 66 public pools, 52 recreational facilities, 38 restaurants and snack bars, 15 nature centers, 14 golf courses and 14 miles of beaches. We care for 1,200 monuments and 23 historic house museums. We look after 660,000 street trees, and five million more in parks. We are New York City’s principal providers of recreational and athletic facilities and programs. We are home to free concerts, world-class sports events, and cultural festivals." - Major Responsibilities: a long paragraph describing duties. - Work Location: Arsenal, Manhattan - How to Apply: instructions (should be removed as application instructions). Also "All applicants must apply via cityjobs.nyc.gov." etc. Remove. - Fees: processing fee etc. Might be considered Benefits? Probably not. It's a fee for hired candidates. Could be considered "Additional Information" but not a standard section. Might be omitted as not Benefits/Pay/Schedule. The instruction says include sections only when posting has real specific content. Fees maybe not needed. Could be omitted. - Minimum Qualifications: detailed education/experience requirements. - Preferred Skills: list of 9 items. - 55a Program note. - Public Service Loan Forgiveness note. - Residency Requirement. - Additional Information: EEO statement (should be removed as boilerplate). Also salary range: ", $185,000.00 – $190,000.00" at end. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include eligibility and description of NYC Parks and work location? Usually "About the role" includes overview of position and organization. We'll include eligibility and NYC Parks description and work location. - Responsibilities: the Major Responsibilities paragraph. - Requirements: maybe the eligibility? But we already used eligibility in About. Could put Requirements as the eligibility criteria? However the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content. We have Minimum Qualifications (education/experience) -> Qualifications. Preferred Skills -> Skills. Residency Requirement, 55a Program, Public Service Loan Forgiveness maybe could go under Additional Information but not a standard heading. Could be omitted or placed under Requirements? Probably better to include them under Requirements? But they are not exactly requirements; they are additional info. Since we must not create sections with filler, we could omit them if they don't fit standard headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. If we omit, we lose info. So we need to embed them within existing sections, maybe under Requirements or Qualifications or About the role. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep that info, but we can place it in appropriate sections. Thus we can include: - About the role: eligibility, NYC Parks description, work location. - Responsibilities: major responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the eligibility? But we already used eligibility in About. Could split: About the role includes overview of organization and mission; Requirements includes eligibility and residency, 55a, loan forgiveness, etc. But we need to avoid duplication. Better: About the role: overview of NYC Parks and work location. Requirements: eligibility criteria (who can apply), residency requirement, 55a program, public service loan forgiveness. Qualifications: minimum qualifications (education/experience). Skills: preferred skills list. Pay: salary range. Benefits: maybe none? There's no explicit benefits mentioned. Could we infer benefits? Not given. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not. So omit Benefits. Schedule: not mentioned. Omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Now we need to format with

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract each piece. About the role: - NYC Parks stewardship description (the long paragraph about acres, properties, facilities, etc.) - Work Location: Arsenal, Manhattan - Eligibility: "This vacancy is only open to 1) current permanent City employees serving in the Administrative Staff Analyst civil service title or 2) on leave from the title or 3) permanent City employees in or on leave from a comparable title (e.g., Administrative Community Relations Specialist or Administrative Manager), or 4) candidates who are reachable on the Administrative Staff Analyst list or a comparable civil service list." We could combine eligibility under Requirements, but we need to keep it somewhere. Let's put eligibility under Requirements. Thus About the role: NYC Parks description and work location. Responsibilities: the Major Responsibilities paragraph (multiple sentences). We'll keep as

. Requirements: eligibility list (the 4 items). Also residency requirement, 55a Program note, Public Service Loan Forgiveness note. Possibly also "Fees" but not needed. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications paragraph (the detailed education/experience). We'll keep as

    maybe with

if list? It's a paragraph with multiple options separated by "or". Could keep as

. Skills: Preferred Skills list (9 items). We'll make

      • each. Pay: salary range "$185,000.00 – $190,000.00". We'll put in

. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statement, application instructions, fees, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like repeated "NYC Parks is the steward..." appears only once). Remove "How to Apply:" etc. Remove "NOTE: All resumes must be received..." etc. Remove "Fees: Hired candidates will be subject to a processing fee..." etc. Remove "nyc.gov/parks MOVEMENT IN THE FACE OF CIVIL SERVICE LISTS IS PROHIBITED..." etc. Remove "For information about applying for Civil Service Exams go to: ..." Remove "ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF ANALYST - 10026" maybe? That's a heading but we should not repeat job title as heading; but it's not a heading in output; we can drop it. Remove "Minimum Qualifications" heading? We'll replace with our own headings. So we need to drop original headings. Now craft HTML. Structure:
