Responsibilities
- Assists with scouting
- Recruiting
- Coaching
- Practice and dual meet scheduling
- Fundraising
- Clinics
- Community outreach
- Administration of team budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two to four years coaching experience at the high school and/or collegiate level required
- Some collegiate coaching & recruiting experience preferred
- Competitive collegiate wrestling experience preferred
Qualifications
Ability to recruit within NCAA and Ivy League rules
Strong organizational; creative writing; interpersonal; oral communication and computer skills
Ability to write, draft and edit correspondence for publications
Demonstrated ability to support a community of diverse perspectives and cultures in an inclusive environment
Commitment to the student-athlete, passion for wrestling, and the ability to coach and motivate
Skills
