Responsibilities

  • Assists with scouting

  • Practice and dual meet scheduling
  • Fundraising
  • Clinics
  • Community outreach
  • Administration of team budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two to four years coaching experience at the high school and/or collegiate level required
  • Some collegiate coaching & recruiting experience preferred
  • Competitive collegiate wrestling experience preferred

Qualifications

Ability to recruit within NCAA and Ivy League rules
Strong organizational; creative writing; interpersonal; oral communication and computer skills
Ability to write, draft and edit correspondence for publications
Demonstrated ability to support a community of diverse perspectives and cultures in an inclusive environment
Commitment to the student-athlete, passion for wrestling, and the ability to coach and motivate

Skills
