Assistant Coach Track& Field/Cross Country & Director of Operations

About the role

Reporting to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach Track & Field/Cross Country & Director of Operations assists in developing a Division I competitive Women's Track & Field/Cross Country program. The primary function of the Assistant Coach is to assist with the cross-country team and assist with the sprints/hurdles in women's. The Assistant Coach will evaluate and recruit qualified student-athletes to Temple University whose athletic skills would make the program highly competitive and whose academic abilities make them excellent candidates for a meaningful academic experience
