Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Women's fast-pitch softball coaching experience at the college level (head/assistant)
- Head or assistant women's fast-pitch softball coach at the senior high school level
- Intercollegiate playing experience
- Demonstrate effective organizational, promotional, recruitment, fund raising, and computer skills
- A person of integrity with high ethical standards and exhibit a strict adherence to NJCAA, College, departmental rules and regulations
- Commitment to student achievement in academics
