Assistant Coach of Women's Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Aid the Head Coach in all areas, including: Student-athlete development
• Collaborate on and execute advanced practice design and game strategies with student athletes
• Practice design
• Travel organization
• Team transportation and driving
• Budget
• Home game management
• Video and statistical analysis
• Support the head coach in recruiting efforts to identify and attract top talent
• Administer administrative office duties
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and collegiate competing and/or coaching experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively preferred
• Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA and NESCAC rules
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach, and coach highly talented scholar-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment
• Valid driver's license is required

Pay

Annual Salary: $23,400

Schedule

To prepare for the season & academic year, the anticipated start date for this position is the beginning of August, 2026.
