Responsibilities
- Aid the Head Coach in all areas, including: Student-athlete development
- Collaborate on and execute advanced practice design and game strategies with student athletes
- Practice design
- Travel organization
- Team transportation and driving
- Budget
- Home game management
- Video and statistical analysis
- Support the head coach in recruiting efforts to identify and attract top talent
- Administer administrative office duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and collegiate competing and/or coaching experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively preferred
- Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA and NESCAC rules
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach, and coach highly talented scholar-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment
- Valid driver's license is required
Pay
Annual Salary: $23,400
Schedule
To prepare for the season & academic year, the anticipated start date for this position is the beginning of August, 2026.
