Assistant Coach - Flag Football

About the role

The position is a seasonal stipend assistant coach for flag football.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of practice plans and game strategies.
• Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement team training programs.
• Provide support to players during practices and games.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid background check.
• Valid first aid and CPR card.
• Successfully completed Concussion recognition and management training.
• Successfully completed Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness and Training.
• Completed school district-approved Coaching Principles training or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least 19 years of age for assistant coaching positions.
• Valid coaching license from the WIAA.
• Experience coaching flag football.

Seasonal stipend ranging from $3,327 to $5,014.
